Privacy Policy

Introduction
AgentC Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at agentc.consulting. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through our website forms:
- Contact Form: Name, email address, company name (optional), phone number (optional), and your message.
- Demo Request Form (/stroll): Name, email address, company name (optional), and a description of the idea you would like us to build a demo around.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit our site, including your browser type and referring page, through standard server logs. For the demo-request landing page, we record a visit log entry that includes your browser type, the referring page, and a salted, one-way hash of your IP address — we do not store your raw IP address. We use a session cookie to maintain website functionality and CSRF protection.
Automated Lead Scoring
When you submit the demo-request form on our /stroll page, your submission is stored and then automatically scored to help us prioritize and prepare an appropriate response. This scoring is based on factors such as your email domain and the content of your message. We store both the resulting score and the reasons the score was assigned, alongside your inquiry, so that a human can review the basis for any prioritization decision. This scoring assists, but does not replace, human judgment; it does not produce any legal or similarly significant automated decision about you. You may contact us at any time to ask about, correct, or request deletion of this information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and contact/demo-request form submissions
- To prepare a personalized demo or proposal when you request one
- To prioritize and route inquiries via the automated lead scoring described above
- To send relevant information about our services if you have expressed interest
- To improve our website and services
- To maintain website security and prevent abuse
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your personal data under the following legal bases as defined in Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): When you submit our contact form or demo-request form, you provide your consent for us to process your personal data to respond to your inquiry or prepare your demo. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
- Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): We process limited technical data (browser type, referrer, and salted IP hashes) collected via server and visit logs, and we perform lead scoring, on the basis of our legitimate interests in maintaining website security, preventing abuse, and operating our business efficiently. These interests are balanced against your data-protection rights given the limited, non-identifying nature of this processing.
Third-Party Services / Processors
We use the following third-party services to operate our website and deliver our services. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
- SendGrid (Twilio, Inc. — US): Delivers email notifications generated by our contact and demo-request forms. The relevant submission details are transmitted to SendGrid for email delivery purposes only.
- DigitalOcean, LLC (US): Hosts our website application and database, where your form submissions and visit logs are stored.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (US): Provides DNS and content-delivery / network services for our website. Cloudflare may process connection metadata to route and protect traffic.
- Google Workspace & Google Calendar (Google LLC — US): We use Google Workspace for business email and the "Schedule a Mission Briefing" button links to an external Google Calendar scheduling page. When you click that link you are redirected to Google's service, which operates under Google's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We use a single technically necessary session cookie to maintain website functionality and CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) protection. This cookie is required for the site to operate securely and is exempt from opt-in consent requirements under the ePrivacy Directive because it is strictly necessary to provide the service. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser.
Because this cookie is set server-side for security purposes, it is created before the cookie notice banner is displayed on the page. This is intentional and consistent with the technically-necessary exemption.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can acknowledge our cookie notice at any time, or reset your preference via the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
Data Retention
Contact and demo-request submissions, along with their associated lead scores and scoring reasons, are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. Email records of form submissions are retained for up to 24 months. Visit log entries (which contain only a salted IP hash, not a raw IP address) are retained on a rolling basis for security and analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections, and IP addresses captured for visit logging are immediately hashed with a salt rather than stored in raw form. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you, including any lead score and the reasons recorded for it
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., for EU residents, the supervisory authority in your EU member state under GDPR Article 13(2)(d))
Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, wish to exercise your data rights, or would like to request deletion of your personal information, please contact us at:
We will respond to all data subject requests within 1 month of receipt, as required by GDPR Article 12. In complex cases we may extend this by a further two months and will notify you accordingly.
